meta rise series

This program takes steel mace training down the continuing path!  Meta RISE is available to experienced macers (upon approval) and to those who have done the Metamorphosis Series at least two times or more.  We will be learning different movements with the steel mace that will lead us into a single extended complex sequence that connects us to flow state.  The goal, follow the flow of the mace!  If you know, you know!
